Donation Station Pocket: How to see how many offline transactions are pending
You can check how many offline transactions are pending upload at any time by reviewing the Upload Stored Transactions menu.
If you have a Donation Station Express, and are currently in Express Mode exit this mode and return to the home screen first.
From the home screen, press the red button.
Enter the manager passcode. If you do not know what this is, then speak with your manager or contact our support team.
Scroll to Upload Stored Transactions and press the green button.
This screen will tell you how many offline transactions are pending.
From here, you can either press the red button to back out to the previous menu, or press the Green button to upload the pending transactions for processing.
IMPORTANT: You need to have connected the device to the internet to process the payments before uploading them for processing.
