Donation Station Pocket: How to perform a refund

You can perform refunds from the Donation Station Lite range of products. Please remember that you are charged for refunds, so these should only be done when necessary. For more information on charges, please speak to our support team. Refunds are not linked to any previously taken transactions and require the device to be connected to the internet (you are unable to perform a refund in offline mode).

If you have a Donation Station Express, first remove the device from its enclosure and exit Express mode to return to the Home screen.

  1. From the Home screen, press the yellow button.

  1. Select Start refund.

  1. Enter the manager passcode. If you do not know what this is, then speak with your manager or contact our support team.

  1. Enter the refund amount.

  1. Make the transaction as normal.

  1. Once the transaction is completed, press the green button to return to the Home screen.
