Donation Station Express: Switching the device on and off

When in Express mode:

If the device is in Express mode, you can switch it off with the power button. To access the power button, you will need to remove the card reader from the enclosure.

Turning off a Pocket or from the home screen:

• Attempting to switch off from the home screen will instead lock the device and the screen will go dark. 

• To correctly switch a device off from the home screen, you should enter a menu first by either pressing the red or yellow buttons.

• If you accidentally try and switch off from the home screen and the screen goes dark, press 123 on the pin pad. This will exit the dark screen and you will then be able to power off.
