Donation Station Express: How to enter and exit Express Mode

Express mode allows you to set the Donation Station Express to continually request a single, repeatable donation amount. It is ideal for situations where you want to take quick donations of the same amount.

To enter Express Mode:

1. From the home screen, press the red button.

2. Enter the manager passcode. If you do not know what this is, then speak with your manager or contact our support team.

3. Select Enter Express Mode from the menu.

4. Enter the desired amount that you wish to take donations for and press the green button.

IMPORTANT: Remember that at this point the device is ready to accept contactless payments so be careful not to place the card reader near any of your contactless payment methods (like a smart watch, phone, or contactless card).

To exit Express Mode:

1. If in the enclosure, remove the card reader.

2. Type in the code 12123636 using the pin pad. This will return you to the home screen.
